Using Signfolio
These terms govern the Signfolio website and services provided by NaviStack LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact: info@navistack.app, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.
The iPhone app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable store terms remain in effect.
Your documents and authority
You retain ownership of your documents and signatures. You are responsible for having permission to process them and for signing only on your own behalf or with valid authorization. Do not forge signatures, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or use Signfolio for fraud or unlawful activity.
Signfolio places a signature image on a document. It does not verify identity, provide notarization, issue a certificate-based digital signature, or guarantee that a document meets a particular legal or recipient requirement. Review the completed document, confirm the recipient’s requirements, and obtain qualified advice where needed.
Tools, files, and availability
Browser tools process supported files locally. File limits and supported formats are shown in the interface. Some encrypted, malformed, or otherwise unsupported files cannot be processed. Keep independent copies of important documents and review every export. Local drafts may be lost if you clear storage or delete the app.
We may change or maintain the tools and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every file or device. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious files, or disrupt the service. Our software, branding, and design belong to NaviStack or its licensors; your document ownership is unaffected.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid iPhone features are purchased through Apple. The price, currency, billing period, and applicable terms shown by Apple at confirmation control the purchase. Weekly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring renewal. Purchasing Lifetime does not automatically cancel a separate weekly subscription.
See store purchases for restoration, cancellation, and refund help. Web checkout is not currently offered, and an iPhone purchase does not promise access to any future paid web offering.
Privacy and third parties
Our privacy policy explains local processing, analytics, purchases, and support data. External stores, hosting, and services have their own terms and policies. You choose where to save or share exported files.
Responsibility and your rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Signfolio is provided as available without a guarantee that every result will be suitable for your particular purpose. We are not responsible for misuse of signatures, documents you lack authority to sign, or copies you send to third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer guarantees, remedies, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens security. Stopping use or deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Wyoming law applies except where mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise; these terms do not remove access to consumer protections or remedies available under that law.
